TOPIC: Washington State as a model for decarbonization through science, engineering and technology
SAVE THE DATE: Thursday, September 17, 2020, Cedarbrook Lodge (SeaTac)
WSAS began hosting roundtable discussions in 2018, convening members and non-members to discuss topical areas, issues, and challenges facing Washington State. Our most recent roundtables have explored Deep Decarbonization and Advanced Manufacturing of Additive Materials.
WSAS occasionally hosts or co-hosts workshops intended to increase member and non-member understanding of a particular topic and encourage interdisciplinary and cross-sector engagement and collaboration. Our most recent workshop was Enhancing Scientific and Technical Expertise for the Washington State Legislature and was co-sponsored by the William D. Ruckelshaus Center for Public Policy. The workshop report can be viewed here.
